Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP has the ability to combine Internet and phone service into a single service. It is without any doubt one of the most advanced and innovative developments in the internet telephony arena that allows internet users to make voice call over the internet in a unique way. In other words, VoIP service is considered as one of the most eminent and inventive options that has changed the way of communication completely. Nowadays, the innovative technological service is gaining world recognition and is being used widely by corporate houses, big organizations, small business, research institutes, schools and individuals. Starts with the residential VoIP service, it serves the individual purpose of voice only. On the other hand, business VoIP service offer an assortment of services including multiple extensions for a single telephone number and private branch exchange (PBX services). However, both the business VoIP and residential VoIP services are different in a very slight manner. In fact, with the regular innovation in technologies, now big organizations take the extra advantage of VoIP services and use the full length of such technology.

In addition to VoIP services, the role of these service providers cannot be ignored. These service providers make the concept of inbound and outbound VoIP calls possible on the global level. Interestingly, today, market is also flooded with a variety of VoIP phones that let people enable to get connected with broadband and start using the services in their own way.
